Yes we provide exchange.

Exchange is provided within 2x24 hours after item arrived.
After specified period of time, item cannot be exchanged.

Newly purchased Veresa collection in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

Exchange is allowed with the same item in a different color, size or with 1 (one) greater value item.
If the item is exchanged for a greater value, the balance of the price must be paid.

The collection from Night by Veresa cannot be exchanged.

Item exchanges are not refundable.

The purchased items cannot be returned for a refund.

The item must be sent to Veresa first before the new item is sent to the customer, accompanied by the complete tag. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Not a problem! If tags and clothing dust bag are attached, you can send your items back in any packaging. Kindly ensure that the packaging is sturdy enough, and can protect all the items within. Please provide the item in good condition, along with the original receipt.
