Veresa is made with the highest quality fabric that is sustainable and eco-friendly . To keep your Veresa in tip top shape please follow our care instructions.
· Hand wash with a mild detergent in cold water only
· Hang dry in the shade
· Do not tumble dry, dry clean, iron or use bleach
· Do not leave rolled up wet or wring out
· Avoid contact with rough surfaces as it can cause pulling of the fabric
· High amounts of chlorine can ruin your clothes, make sure to wash immediately after use
· Certain tanning oils, sunscreens, and fake tanning can stain or damage your clothes
To extend the life of your Veresa we recommend rinsing immediately after use. Veresa does not take back wash or worn items.

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to firstname.lastname@example.org with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 90 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.
If there is an item that you want, but it is out of stock add your email to the waitlist by going to that product page, selecting the size you want, and entering your email. It's that simple! We will email you when it becomes available again.
To effectively maintain the longevity and quality of your items, please follow the specific instructions located on the care label inside your garment. Each piece is uniquely designed and care instructions may vary.
Once an order is placed, please allow two to four business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.
Please contact us, if you have not received your Delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.
Once your return package is on the way back to our warehouse the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item you'd like to return at email@example.com and placing a new order for the new item. Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.
